Service is great even if you don't have an appointment staff is more wonderful than any other nail place around! Ha and Michelle are my favorite!

I wish this place was better because I live nearby. The atmosphere is nice and so are the people but my experiences here have not been great. My nail polish on my fingernails (including gel) and toenails have chipped every time within hours or days of leaving. Lately, the old woman at the desk has been trying to sell me the higher priced pedicures, facials, waxing, you name it. I tell her up front that I came for a mani and pedi but she doesn't listen. She stands there and watches me pick me out nail polish while continuing to try to sell me different services. I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it is close by, but every time I go here I am never satisfied when I leave. Between the sales pitches and the fact that my gel nails and toenail polish chips within less than 24 hours of leaving I am going to search for a new place to go.
