Wanted the basic pedicure. Charged me for the premium because I waited too long between pedicures. [7 weeks]. Not friendly. Not happy. Not going back. There are plenty of nail solons out there...go elsewhere!

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
I CAME HERE FOR MY WEDDING DAY NAILS- HUGE MISTAKE!
The lady nail tech tried to upsell me on a bunch of services I didn’t one so I politely declined and said I would just go with what I originally signed up for- she immediately got irritated and started to get sloppy with my nails including CUTTING ME SEVERAL TIMES- I NOW HAVE CUTICLE INFECTIONS ON 5 OF MY NAILS! My acrylic nails had chunks missing out of them and my Nail polish was is so thick and globby- it looks like I painted my own nails at home in the dark! I asked to speak to the manager and was confronted by a very rude man who yelled at me in my face and told me HE WAS THE OWNER AND THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 17 YEARS! HE SAID THEY DO THE SAME JOB FOR EVERY PERSON AND THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN. I ASKED HIM NOT TO YELL AT ME AND HE SAID HE YELLS AT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME- IF I DIDNT LIKE IT THEN I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
ATROCIOUS EXPERIENCE AND OWNER- I WISH INWOULD HAVE SEEN THESE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE I EVER STEPPED FOOT IN THAT SALON! BEWARE!!!!!!!

I hate to even give one star. I took my two teenage daughters to get manicure and pedicures. They took 2 1/2 hours and talked about them and laughed the whole time. One of them got a decent pedicure, the other they set her in a chair with cold water and walked away for 20 mins then slapped some polish on her. They didn’t do anything else at all! She tried to pay so she could leave and they told her no and to just sit. She asked again to pay and they snatched her card out of her hand. When i came in I gave them a few choice words. This place is terrible!!!!
