I was there to have a manicure and pedicure with my sister. They didn't start with my nails until well after they started my sister because my person was on the phone. She kept getting up to check her cable bill information because she was on the phone with the cable company the entire time. She clipped my nails and left the clippings all over my dress, it was disgusting. I began to get upset and asked someone else to finish my manicure because she was not helping me and by that time my sister was already done. She apparently was the owner and had this little regard for her customers. She told me "I have to understand that she needs to make these phone calls." I was there for a service and she felt I needed to understand that she needed to take care of her cable bill while ignoring her customers with another employee taking a nap in a pedicure chair? Horrible experience. She did my nails, then hid in her office while they dried. My sister left because we had been there so long that she was done and had friends waiting for her and mine was still not finished. Then my nail got chipped so when they tried to fix it they spilled nail polish all over my shoe and cleaned it up with acetone that ruined my shoe. Do not go here.
