Best nail salon ive been to. The establishment os beautifully decorated, and Charlie did a wonderful job perfect the dragon nails I wanted. I would post a picture if i could! Go visit these nice people.

She was half there. She got my shoes all wet. I asked for her to really get my calouses for my pedicure and she barely scratched the surface so to speak. Very docile. I guess if you're looking for something calming and a pedicure while your meditating this would be your place. I also caught her just drifting off, like she was on auto pilot. I had to ask if she was okay to get her to focus again.
The place was decorated nicely- bamboo and the ceiling has these cool pictures over the florecent lights. However, all the linens were old and looked like rags, with stains. Not sure how clean the tools were since they weren't in a sealed package. She brought out a caddy with all the tools. They looked very used. All the pedicure techs looked like they didn't enjoy being there. No TV either just the radio. Had to sit through radio ads.
Needless to say I will not recomend this place or return.

Artistic Nails is amazing! As a professional in the beauty industry I hold establishments to a high standard. I know what the rules and regulations are for cleanliness and sanitation and I have seen several salons break them. In the almost two years I have been coming to Phan for my biweekly appointments I have always seen an impeccable shop. Not only is this place clean but after trying several locations in Austin and elsewhere there is no one else I would trust to do my acrylics. They always look incredibly natural. They are thin enough so I can continue working with my hands without being impeded. They are always beautiful and whenever I tell someone my nails are acrylic they don't believe it! Thank you Phan for doing such a fabulous consistent job all of this time. My nails have never looked and felt so good:)
