If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would give. I had an appointment for a fill for ombré and my granddaughter for a manicure. They tried to persuade getting Shellac for my granddaughter. When I said I wanted a manicure so that her nails could be soaked and cuticles cut there was a attitude given by nail technician. Saying that it was better more expensive but that the color would last longer. The purpose for a manicure is for the care of nails not color. Then my nail technician was in such a rush that he changed the whole shape of my nails. Mind you this was my first time getting there services, never again will I go there or recommend them to anyone. At the end when I’m paying for my fill they asked if I was pay for my nails and granddaughter I specifically so no her mother is paying for the manicure. I asked to use the restroom and by the time I paid and left a tip she added my granddaughter’s service as though they my daughter was not going to pay. Terrible customer service and job done!!

LOVE! I used to get my nails done here when i was in high school (10 years ago) and they were fantastic. Then I decided to get my nails done again and they are still as amazing as ever. They still talk with you and make sure you're getting exactly what you want done! 100% reccomend!!!

Amazing experience every time I am here. The best pedicures and nail experience I have had! Well worth the time and a must for pedi getaway day with the girls!

They gave me an infection on my finger after cutting me. If you want a design or something different they will literally act like you are an inconvenience to them! I stopped going there a long time ago I hate feeling rushed. Also overly expensive

Loved it! Always have great service & have never had to wait too long for it. Try the orange pedicool, it's great!
