Absolute WORST experience.
Their nail tech is rude, and just flat out ridiculous.
I have gone 1 time before today and received a great pedicure. My nails were horrible, they were uneven and lumpy. They do mainly dips and the tech gets very mad and can tell she does not want to do your nails if you ask for acrylic, designs or anything that's not a simple dip and go kind of process. I ended up getting one color instead of ombre because the tech said it takes you much time to do an ombre.
I decided to try once more and even brought my mom who recently moved to Texas so that we could have a spa getaway for 4th of July, which turned into a nightmare after two wonderful pedicures.
They immediately clipped and started to remove my nails without telling me a price for the new set which I had asked. When I asked again she replied "I assumed you knew because all of my other customers know" mind you there is no price sheet and I did ask before but did not get an answer.
As she started my mothers fill, the color was different and you could see where the line was from growing out. When asked if she could fix it she said no because that's how it is and all her other customers are okay with seeing the line.
Then asked if she could take them off she said no because it will take too long. She continued to argue with me about how all the other nail salons are the same when I I had just went to Happy nails and got the exact same services, cheaper, and actually on time with my appointment. She was basically calling me a liar which I know what I paid and have my receipt. She then refused to finish removing my nails and filling my mothers even though we were going to do simple quick dip like she had offered. She tried charging for the fill which was different colors and could see the line from where they grew out. I did not pay for anything besides the pedicures and left with unfinished nails.
I am very very upset, horrible customer service from the nail tech.
I am however very pleased with our pedicures, but I will never go there again even as a last resort. I will recommend going about 30 seconds passed them to majestic or Nail Palace in little elm which is where we are finishing our services.

Yes, Great. Love all the staff. They each work hard to do a good job for each person.

The customer service was excellent, and my nails were beautiful. I will definitely will be back.

Awesome service! They don't use acrylic they just use powder
