I was a loyal customer. but service has significantly declined. You used to get a luxurious, attentive experience. However, now the nail technicians barely even looked at my nails while filing, and I was left with uneven nail lengths and broken skin. Not to mention incredibly overpriced. Really disappointed. I even had a box here. I will be going elsewhere.

I did a "fill in" on my nails that normally costs me $35 but I usually tip $20 on top of that (I am not cheap)
I decided to try this place after work and walked out with a bill of $140 with tip ..... it took two hours and the lady stopped every 5 minutes to answer the phone. I can't even imagine what a full set would cost. Even if I was a millionaire I would laugh at that pricing. Get real.

OMG just left this place and paid $150 without tip for a gel mani and pedi. Just your standard gel nail job. So ridiculously overpriced for absolutely nothing special. I am livid

Gel manicure was $62 which is extremely overpriced.
