Came here with my son. It was a horrible experience. Some of the ladies are very rude. They gave me someones else’s paper work they don’t update there information about you. They had wrote down that I wanted my tubes tied and I never said that. Lucky the lady asked me before she sent the paper work off. But I would never come to this place again. I’m pregnant again right now and I’m going to clinica de la maternidad in roswell literally right down from this clinic and they also have 5 stars so don’t come to clinics union

Nurses barely speak English
Always a 1 hr wait to be seen when your scheduled to be seen. Dr is nice she does great with my kids however the clinic is a joke

This facility doesn't even deserve one star! I called to see if they accepted my insurance so I could be seen. They said yes, but because I was a new patient I had to be there before 1:00 pm. I got there at 11:00 am, gave them my id and insurance card and waited to be called. After an hour they had people that came after me come in so I asked if everything was ok. The receptionist said that insurance verification could take 1 hour 45 mins (not sure why) so I continued waiting. 20 minutes later the receptionist said that the insurance's benefit verification department was closed. I then called the insurance and they were open and said that the provider could call to verify benefits anytime! So my conclusion is that if you don't show them cash, then most likely you will not be seen. If you can avoid going to this facility, please do so. Very unprofessional clinic! They will show zero respect for your time and health condition.

The wait here is ridiculous everytime I come I been coming here for almost 8 years already and it was nothing like this now is just unprofessional.
