I love Chistine and David! Comfortable atmosphere for those who like getting treated as you should when getting nails etc done. Theyve done the best job out of the salons in this area. I wont go anywhere else unless i move.

In ALL the years of me doing my nails this was by FAR the worse experience I've ever had in a nail in my life, I called never mind I'm about 25 minutes away the lady had an attitude on the phone imsunuated I'd be fine to come in i get in there with and receive not only grotesque look but attitude...she told me I'd have to wait an hour I says no one said that on the phone the beginning of her dismissive condescending behavior began here...I patiently wait the escrutiating hour during this time I watch her have a long kind interested conversation with a female she was especially more interested since the girl who is Spanish told her she knows Chinese and Korean and so on...after the hour when I ask a question about the sale hence the ONLY reason I came here...I got spoken too very aggressively, condescending, dismissive and humiliating when I asked her why wasn't she speaking to me the way she was just speaking to her client nothing to say about that yet continue to YELL to get her point across I asked her REPEATEDLY to stop yelling at me never mind I kindly had asked to stop being dismissive because I was trying to explain a conversation on the phone...I felt YES totally discriminated where she probably did not know I too am Spanish and it didn't end there the worse was when I was looking for a color she yelled something to the man who had the AUDACITY to tell me idc where you came from how long you waited there's a problem I don't want you in my shop doing nails here and about my "attitude" baffling because as I said the lady was yelling and humiliating me...it wasn't till I called out their discrimination and how serious that is to me to take legal action that he changed his tone NEEDLESS to say I wasn't ever going back there anyway but I DO NOT RECOMMEND going either!!! however I will make sure this NEVER happens to someone again!!!...horrible customer service especially if you are of color!!! CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!!! lesson learned I will rather pay the usual high prices for great customer service and treated as an adult furthermore as in EQUAL!!!

Worst experience ever, telling me different prices and when it comes to paying they come out of nowhere with a different price and over charge and not only they do a bad job at doing nails...you tell them that it's crooked and they are stubborn and tell you no. Don't go there if you don't want your nails to be crooked and be overcharged.
