I’ve never been to a better nail salon than Designer Nails. They are the best in Austin, especially when it comes to SNS. I’ve had my nails done by 4 different technicians and have never been disappointed. They’re all so great at what they do, sooo nice and make sure your experience is exactly what you want. The salon itself is extremely clean and well kept - they have diffusers so it smells like a spa. Would definitely recommend x 10!!!

My friend and I went yesterday for the first time, and the shop is clean and well out together. The people there are friendly and seem to have good experience. I am giving 2 stars because the woman who did my pedicure cut my big toe and that thing is still burning! I think she might have been in training still because she initially put on the wrong polish (I had asked for gel). When she put on the gel, one of my big toes was not done very well so she began to scrap the paint off the nail. She scrapped so hard that it rubbed my skin raw by the cuticle, and it burns badly now if anything hits it. Again, it was a fine shop with friendly people but the skin cut set back the review.

I needed a highly reputable salon following arm/wrist surgery as I am not able to do my own nails (my usual habit) while recuperating, and I found Designer Nails through web reviews. What a GREAT find in Southwest Austin. I was extremely impressed by my first visit there a couple of weeks ago. And, I'm heading back. Not only are they strong in customer service and in quality of work, but they also have a very clean facility and relaxing environment. Even after recuperation is completed, I plan to use this salon to treat myself occasionally and to refer friends to it.

By far best nail salon I've ever been to in my entire life. Extremely clean, super friendly staff, great prices, I don't have enough words. No rushing had a very nice relaxing appointment...yes they do appointments!!!

I absolutely love this place! The owner Sue and her daughter Rebecca are an amazing team. Love my nails.
