I used to get great service. Now I get rush service. On my last two visits I was told my gel nails were dry but they got smudged before I got in the car both times. The nails were also crooked.

Two different women worked on my acrylic french tips with SNS, which I've never experienced before. They were both very courteous and had great attention to detail, they turned out perfect!

Terrible customer service. Used to be a regular here but I will not be coming back, the service quality has dropped tremendously. My nails look horrible after a gel manicure, the gel began to chip a few minutes after I got it done and it looks really messy. Also cut my nails square when I asked for almond shape.
