Lieu did an amazing job fixing my botched nails that another salon messed up. They are my natural nails and I wanted to keep them, so she took the time to file away the excess hard gel that had been applied way too thick and wide. She was able to keep the set I'd already paid for and my nails immediately felt so much better. The old gel was digging in and heavy, they feel great now. she also did an awesome design! I'll be coming back 😊

Overall the outcome was fine. The salon was clean and the manager/owner was friendly. The polish on the toes and nails is well done. I’ve been here twice before and the service was friendlier and I received what I requested. I specifically asked for dip powder and a matching gel polish for my toes. They gave me a very small selection to look at so I asked if they had more options. The water in the foot bath was cold so I had to request more water to be added. I explained again about wanting the matching colors in dip and gel. They brought me a new set and I chose a nice red. Again I asked if they had powder for my nails. They assured me they did. I think the technician was in training because he did not scrub my feet very well and actually used the callus softener on my legs instead of the sugar scrub. Thankfully it didn’t burn my legs. Other places use a hot towel for each leg and wrap the towels around the legs. This place only used one shared by both legs. After the pedicure, I had my manicure with a different tech. She initially used a sander to smooth the tips and was planning on leaving the old tips with dip on my nails and adding more powder. I’ve never seen that done. Then I realized she was going to do acrylic over the dip powder and old (5weeks and already lifting off my nails) tips. I stopped her and apparently they didn’t have powder so I had to agree to acrylic. I did say I wanted new tips. She peeled the old tips/powder off without using any remover. The new nails look very pretty, but for $125 service plus tips, I expected more and probably won’t go back again. It wasn’t relaxing or very enjoyable.

I’ve had two good experiences so far getting my nails done here. First time was a dip manicure and regular pedicure. Dip lasted over three weeks with no chips or breaks. My only negative comment is the top coat on my regular pedicure turned a terrible brown color after about a week. I’ve never had this happen before.
Second time was the dip removal and gel manicure. No rough removal process and my gel mani looks great. Staff was very friendly.
I went on a Friday or Saturday the first time and did have to wait a little even with an appointment. I went during the weekday the second time and there was no wait.

Had a wonderful experience with Nina for dip mani gel pedi. Easy to make an appointment online, we started on time, and the appointment was efficient. Parking was easy in the middle of the day. It’s cozy and fewer stations than most salons so I imagine it’s less hectic than larger nail salons even at the busiest of times. If you want a specific color, she will make sure she has it for you. This is my new nail spot

This has been my favorite nail salon for years! Everyone there does an excellent job. I especially love going to Nina - she is unbelievably quick at dip manicures. A few weeks ago my left pinky nail broke badly the day before leaving on a trip and they fixed it for me free of charge and were super careful to make sure they didn't damage my nail further. I ended up getting engaged later that week!! Can't recommend this salon enough.
