I love Regis Hair Salon! I have been going here for well over 9 years now. Stylist Alex does my hair, he knows exactly how I like my layers! He's really good at what he does. Very polite and professional and does not rush. Does a great job every time.

Rachel RUINED my hair! I went in with 8" of virgin growth of silver and dark ash brown. I asked for the old growth (that was only from the top) that was highlighted,( and now was brassy, and did not blend in) to be toned down and blended. I told her I wanted the underside still to be dark (about a level 5), and none of my virgin hair touched, except for a few highlights in the back to blend everything.
SHE BLEACHED ALL OF THE BOTTOM 5" (INCLUDING THE VERY DARK) EVEN AFTER SHE ASKED 3 OTHERS HOW TO IT!! Then to try to fix it she put a brown filler and ash toner over everything.
I went in with 1/3 silver hair, and wanted all of the brown/red/gold highlights on the ends toned down to an ash. I came out with a brassy golden brown mess (almost down to my waist)..
I wanted silver/white/ash like my virgin hair, and now even that is a faded brassy brown.
I NOW HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST, UGLIEST HAIR I CAN IMAGINE ON ME, AND JUST CUTTING OFF THE OLD HIGHLIGHTS AND I WOULD HAVE LOVED MY HAIR COLOR MORE THAN EVER IN IN 53 YEARS!!!

Honestly one of the best salon experiences I have had in a long time! MARIAH is not only a wonderful person to talk too but she did a great job on hair! Differently coming back!

I went in October for a cut and this worker named geo was completely cocky thinking he knows how I like my hair and messed it up. I go today and there was a new worker and I asked for a specific haircut and these 2 workers came and started arguing how my hair should look and completely messed it up. Never coming back here again 😡

I used to go here for years, Crystal was amazing! The other stylist were good then too. But yesterday I went and Jennifer did my hair. She was terrible, rude, condescending and did not seem to care what I wanted. Since Crystal left, now the new management unprofessional. Don't go here, try Ulta salon.
