The worst experience ever at a spa. Had to wait 45 min past appt time. Owner didn't care one bit. There is no spa area. Pedicures are done in the waiting area, which is uncomfortable, especially since I was berated for the shape my feet were in the whole time. So embarrassing! Extremely expensive! No respect for anyone's time schedule! Rude owner and employees! Don't go there!

I've been going there for almost as many years as they've been there, first because they were the only ones I had found that got the hair color the way I wanted it. But what prompted me to write this now is because Cheryl (the owner) has gone out of her way to accommodate me since I have a neurological disorder and am in constant pain. She makes sure I'm as comfortable as possible and gets me in and out as quickly as possible. I really appreciate that and great haircut and color.

i am so dissappointed to hear such terrible service from one of our local businesses and i will not be going to this spa now and neither will my daughters, i am very glad i checked in on reviews before going to this spa.....these reviews are not going unnoticed and yes the rest of us DO CARE what kind of service our fellow ladies are getting!!!! clean up your business ethics dubios spa or you will lose much more business!! this will be shared on facebooo and the other terrible reviews as well!!!!

Dubois Spa is the WORST place ever for customer services. My mother's birthday was RUINED by the owner. Back in May, my father purchsed a VERY EXPENSIVE gift certificate for my mom for mother's day, scheduled to be used on her 50th birthday, PRE PLANNED a month and a half in advance. My mom was dropped off for her special day and to be pampered, only to be told that Cheryl OVERBOOKED and couldn't see her. Cherly was WELL AWARE of the circumstances when it was purchased, and furthermore, my mom attempted to reach her DAYS in advance to confirm what services she would be getting so she knew how to prepare- with NO RETURN CALL. As soon as we discovered this "double booking", I called 10 other local spas to NO AVAIL to try to get my mom pampered for her special day and everyone was booked solid. It was absolutely AWFUL to see how the start of my mom's special day was ruined by the negligence of this woman CHERYL. Cheryl, I hope you are proud of yourself for ruining this- and I assure you, I WILL get the word out there about the lack of service and disregard for your customer and potential customers... as an FYI- I too, had planned on getting services that day with my mom, so glad you didn't receive a dime from me....... You should be shut down for your lack of customer service and overpriced "sessions".
