Went in wanting medium almond shape nails, an asian lady was willing to take me seemed nice in the beginning. I wanted to know the price she said it started at 30 but since I wanted medium and almond it was going to be 40-45!! I said what's the price? I need to know because if its too much im going somewhere else. The thing is, is that I would understand if I wanted long nails with gel but I did not want gel or long nails and was still going to charge me 40-45?? She proceeds in telling me I can get up and go because I questioned the price!! I gladly walked out.

Not what I expected.. lady was nice but a simple pedicure should not be near $60 for a not so great foot massage and caky toe paint. Not very experienced IMO

Do not spend your money here. I came to get a pedicure 1 hour and half before closing and the young lady told me they wouldn’t have enough time to do my pedicure. It is now 1 hour before closing and there are nail technicians sitting around doing nothing!!! I repeat take your money where it is appreciated!!!

First timer & spent 4 hours in the chair. The woman who did my nails was rude. Not welcoming at all. I paid 50 dollars for a full crooked short set. I made sure the nail tech was aware of the crooked set and she said that they need to be filed that she was going to fix them 🙄. SHE DID NOT! My nails we're not shaped well at all. Not only were my nails crooked. She slit 3 of my fingers with nail filer and drill (my cuticles) And still insisted on putting liquid on my fingers and said "this is going to burn" 😡 WTF! while she was putting acrylic to my nails she kept pulling my arm forward to we're my arm was resting across the table. Doing so. My arm was resting on a paper towel with acrylic liquid and acrylic powder used for waist. After she was done with my left hand she was applying acrylic to my right hand again my arm was rested across the table so my hand was on her side of the table in her face. My left arm began to sting🤔 I was confused because I didn't know why. She fished applying the acrylic to my nails again she had to file as she filed my nails she set my left hand my index finger that finger would not stop bleeding I got a three times to get paper towels after she figured out it wasn't going to stop bleeding, she put nail glue over it. 😤 She applied two coats of nail polish to my nails anytime she put my hands under 3D light again I said my arms had to be rested on the table in order for her to do my nails so with that being done I was having to put my arm over the 3D light machine why she was applying the gel each time on each hand. So after all the slits in my fingers the crooked nails and that service overall I asked her if she was going to discount me for the damages she has done she laughed it off and she really charged me fifty bucks. I came home and discovered a burn and a welt the same place of my left arm then I knew where that stinging sensation was coming from... The liquid towel she had my arm laying across (that had the acrylic waist) and the 3D light that she had my arm laying across while she applied the gel. (Light was on) as I was making her aware of the damage is done to my hand she laughed it off like I was just kidding. THAT PLACE SUCKS AND THE MANAGER KNOWS IT. I DONT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE. I'VE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE FOR 20 YEARS NOW. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE TILL YESTERDAY.
