Wow! Awesome service. I went in yesterday 30 minutes before they closed (hate being that guy) but they were totally fine with it. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they did my nail extensions perfectly!! I love them!!! Honestly surprised of the rating. They were so nice to me and I can’t wait to go back for a pedicure with my sister in law :)

Don't Waste Your Money Here! I went in a little over a week ago for the dip manicure. The man working never sanitized his hands to start or in between clients. The floors were dirty and the guy did a terrible job. I don't think he knew how to do the dip properly. He only dipped my nails two times instead of three. The polish was smudged and he wasn't going to fix it until I pointed it out to him. There was a nasty black film left on my pink nails that will not come off and my nails are already chipping. There are also spots on my nails that you can clearly see my nail underneath because he did not get the dip even. Seriously, don't waste your time or money here!!!!

Do NOT come here!!!! I usually get my nails done in Lansing but decided to try this place and it was horrible! Keep in mind that I usually do my own gel nail but since I had a full set I went in so they could remove them without damaging my real nails...THEY RIPPED MY NAILS OFF!!!! I was even bleeding because they ripped one of them way to far! Beyond mad at this place. Not only that but I had to point out that some of my nails were not even nor the shape I wanted. She also left my finger stained with nail polish. Not happy at all.

I love this spot! I've been a customer since 2014 (since my mother-in-law lives nearby) and we've always had a great experience.
Lilly was awesome when it came to body waxing. She has that magic hand - it barely hurts. haha. Eyebrows and underarm waxing was a breeze.
Hannah was also super attentive and friendly and my pedicure spa session was relaxing. Mani and Pedi color came out great. I even brought my own color one time (because I wanted it to match perfectly with a weekend outfit) and she was totally cool with it.
They tend to get a rush even when they open at 10am but they do their best to accommodate.

I have been experiencing some nerve damage so my left hand has lost some of its mobility. But I love getting my nails done. Even though I have a hard time relaxing, the man that does my nails here is so patient and careful with me. He does a perfect job every time and doesn't rush through. I would definitely recommend this place.
