I’ve lived in the area for almost two years and never really had a complaint about this location until now. I’m not sure if they changed ownership or what happened because none of the same employees are there. Terrible job! I went in asking for gel manicure and pedicure and I’m assuming the lady doing my pedicure was in a hurry to leave because she assumed I wanted just a regular pedicure and the color didn’t even match my nails and the man doing my manicure cut my finger with the nail file. I explained to the manager that the colors didn’t match and that I wanted a gel pedicure. She offered to fix it and after she did, they looked better. However, I never had these issues before.

Friendly staff, decent nails but if you are looking for that wow factor it just is not there. I have been 3 times and I would go back if I need a set of simple nails.

This was my first time here, and my experience was really good. The technicians were very friendly and efficient when it came to servicing me and my sister. I will be back I highly recommend!!!!!!

I visit Orchard Nail Salon once a week. I depend on them to keep my hands looking clean cut and professional.

Worst nail salon 💅
I walk in there with my 7 year old daughter 17 min before closing mind you for a simple color manicure only not gel not mini pedi just color for her and they tell me we r closed even that they close at 5 and I was there 4:42
I told them ur not closed she goes yeah but I am going home and the other girls are working on someone else and dnt want to
My daughter started crying
If there were negative 👎 starts I would put it
Do not recommend at all would drive an hour to go any where else
