My dear friend treated me to a manicure night at her favorite place. What a great experience I was running behind, a little before closing hours and they still took their time with me. They were gentle with my already short nails due to nail biting! I had a good time chatting with my friend and enjoyed the nice clean and calm atmosphere. Also my nails seemed to stay on longer then any other place.

I had been a customer for 8 yrs always went back to them even tho I lived out in bountiful just because I really liked how my nails turned out. I was out of town for a while and decided to go in today However I had the worse experience ever!!! Idk if owners switched or if employees were all new this time but their customer service was awful. I needed all full set with pedicure & manicure the lady said o sorry we close at 7pm come back another day. Come on if I went in is because I needed one ASAP. She still had 30 min before 7 ... I know the ppl b4 would have helped me out anyway just to not loose a customer.i ve worked in customer service my whole life and trust me if u want to grow your business u do what u got to do. In addition u never treat customer with attitude. TERRIBLE! Therefore I will never go back or recommend anyone!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience ever! The lady who did my nails was so rude! And my nails looked awful!! Never again..

Very nice and kind employees. There were three of us and we all got pedicures that were wonderful! They took their time and didn't make us feel rushed at all!

The guy that did my nails was very impatient and was rough on my hands. He cut my ARM with his drill tool and didn’t even say sorry. He was rude to me. Not happy with my experience and how I was treated.
