Some nice staff, some not. A couple that works there bring their children but hope the young children can take care of the younger ones. They had a baby that cried for about 15mins straight while they asked the kids to take care of it while they worked. Other employees even attempted to help the crying baby with no avail. They are over priced but so is everywhere else. The pedicure "massage" consisted of just rubbing soap on my legs for a couple minutes. The use of a pumice stone was barely touched to my feet, which consisted of one swipe and that's it. My manicure only consisted of cleaning up my cuticles and painting my nails, no hand massage. My daughter got a full set which they did a good job on, and the manicurist was very friendly and spoke with my daughter, unlike the rest of the staff, which spoke in their native tongue amongst each other while working on clients. One client even questioned what they where speaking about stating it was rude. I wouldn't go back. I'd try another place in town even if that meant waiting a few days to be seen.

loved this place! had to run in to get a fill on vacation and it was amazing! nails turned out great and the service was really good. wish i lived her so i could go back :)

I came to Kona long over due for a nail job. Got right in and got a beautiful powder manicure and polish change on my toes. It’s quite a bit more pricey than on the main land but worth it when you need it. They offer water or wine while you wait. That always helps.

This spot is great! Got a pedicure that was amazing! The girl who did mine was so sweet and general....foot rub!🤤💛💛

I came here on vacation with a friend for a gel manicure. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my nails, but she sat next to a phone with the name “tien” on it (I’m sorry if that doesn’t help!). She was fantastic! I had a really specific color job I wanted (different shades of pastel), and she took the liberty of search for each color so it was exactly like the image I showed her! They turned out great and lasted for a solid week without chipping (and I play guitar so this was a true accomplishment). They had a great selection of colours and the staff seemed very kind. I would recommend!
