Posting under my boyfriends account. I called around 5 to see when they close they said they closed at 7. I was sure i had plenty of time to get my shellac changed. It was only 6 whenever they started shutting everything down and asking me to pay when my nails were still getting painted. The lady proceeded to stick her hand in my purse to get my card to "help me" I was the only person in the salon and at around 620 the phone rings and the man answers. He says "we are really busy. Can you come tomorrow" completely LIED! i left at 640, in the complete dark bc the lights were off. I chose this place because it was the highest rated, def the WORST experience ive ever had at a nail salon. if you like getting completely rushed at a place you're supposed to relax, i would suggest you go here. If not, avoid at all costs.
