I like that it's a small nail shop that's not fancy but very personable! I've been to others that make me feel like a number. I transitioned from gel nails to just natural manicures (No lay overs of any kind) with gel nail polish. The work the ladies do are great & even educated me how to make my nail bed stronger after having gel nails for so long.

Mam is amazing for even just a regular pedicure. She’s so great I left my last lady of 3 years who I followed to 5 different stores.
If you have ingrown nail issues she get in there and gets it good! & the way she rubs my toes .... OH MY GOODNESS!
It’s a little hole in the wall, not the chicest place, but what I’ve noticed is the customers they do have are all loyal & the staff have great relationships. & yes the spa bowl jets don’t work but honestly it doesn’t make much difference to me & just makes my water get cold faster.

Like the other review said, the customer service is good. I've been on and off for years. It is not the newest or fanciest place and the pedicure "spa" bowls don't work. The prices are comparable.

I think I may have found a new nail salon.
I went to Nail Perfection for a quick pedi and color change for my hands. They close at 6:00 and I walked in at 5:30. They were still gracious and took their time doing my nails. When they were finished, I was not rushed to leave (seeing as it was after the closing time).
Customer service is not dead after all. Thank you ladies. I will be back again.
