I haven't even had a chance to try the salon because the owner told me she wasn't interested in helping me. I called and asked her if she would be willing to order a certain product and I would pay for the product and get my hair colored there. I told her the name of the product and she laughed at me and said she had never heard of it, so I started to explain what it was, and that was when she laughed at me again and said that she wasn't interested in helping me. I was really surprised by such snobbishness.
