At first, I was really loving it here. Got a mani pedi. I had a great technician who spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. I spent about 25 min drying my nails. They were fully dry. On the ten block wall home, the polish bubbled and smeared. I am VERY upset as this was $44 and I even gave the technician a large tip because I had so far been enjoying the service. Thought I'd found a new place but now I'm hesitant to go back because of how horrible my nails look just 15 min after leaving!!

Really happy with my experience and quality of gel manicure. Gel usually lasts 7-10 days max for me but after visiting this salon I’m already at day 14 and my nails show no sign of wear. Yes, it’s a few dollars more than some salons (yet still cheaper than some others close by!) but the tranquil atmosphere, cleanliness, and attention to detail they provide are worth it. However, I hope that when I go back to re-do my nails, they won’t charge me for removal, as another reviewer mentioned.

Got a mani pedi today during break, it’s fast and they did the mani and pedi at the same time. Now my biggest complaint that I think could be helpful to most people is that my manicure did not cover the entire nail. I’m not talking about a little short, but visibly short. Gel lasts a long time and it is very disappointing to see FRESH gel not covering a significant amount of nail (more than half a week’s growth).
Small things:
They rushed me into choosing colors.
The staff has very limited knowledge of English so I got a gel that I didn’t realize it’s half transparent after I got it.
It’s pretty pricy ($78 for mani pedi before tip).

Not real familiar with NYC nail salons, but this was good! Close to hotel, able to just walk in, reasonable prices, nice job.
