I asked for coffin nails. I reminded her multiple times of the shape, and I asked for her to file the sides at least 4 times. The fifth time I asked, I told her the shape was a large square, her response was that my nails are too short for coffin. (You shouldn’t have agreed to give me coffin when I asked for the shape then.) I asked for 2 colors from their gel selection & she didn’t have either. I had to settle for a color no where near. I’ve only been here once, so it might have just been my specialist (who was the only one who did gel currently working,) but because of this one experience, I will not be back.

I tried to get two nails fix but their only accepting people with dip. All I had was a full set with no polish I was willing to pay what it was to fix my two nails. Very disappointed and this is my usual nail shop. I most likely will not be going back.

Laughing and learning while resting and relaxing here is always a pleasure. My sons even feel comfortable pulling out their size 13 feet and having the same tender detailed treatment. Thank you Michael!

I've been going here for about 7 years. Mike is amazing!!!!! Waxing services are exceptional. Everyone is very nice, pleasant and attentive.

They make you wait long time, horrible costumer service, not a good job my nails didn't last long, material are not good quality, never going back.
