I have given this place SEVERAL CHANCES just for the sake of convenience. My first experience here I was filed to the blood on several fingers/toes without my concent, the other time I brought my daughter and she was completely finished before I was started on and I waited another 30 mins + without aknowledgement in a tub of cold water on my feet and left.... the next time I went and they talked about me in face the whole time because I didn't want to be talked into other services.... the gel polish doesn't last ONE week and the regular polish doesn't last more than a day... they're always in a hurry, the massage chairs do not feel good and are old and worn out... I just literally have nothing to say except can I have my money back..........? Or PLEASE, do not waste yours here.

This place is one of the worst! They have over charged me twice. They speak in their language consistently. I get the impression Sun Nails is in different to their customers. Its almost like a factory or an assembly line. I stopped go there.

I visited this salon for a simple manicure. The guy who did my manicure was seemingly impatient. He cut my finger above the cuticles in 2 places, although I expressed my displeasure he didn’t acknowledge it. I literally left the salon with my finger bleeding.

Do NOT go here!!! They charged me almost double for removing my gel which I had removed myself! They told me it would be $12 for a manicure and charged me $20. Plus the manicure looked horrible!

The lady who did my nails also did my brows without washing her hands, and then cut me with the tweezers! When I mentioned it to her she denied it, and coustomer service is horrible! Never going back!
