Asked for ombre (black tip/silver with light glitter upper) she saved time by doing full nail black then brush large sparkling glitter over top of black. It looked horrible and was not what I wanted so I said to just leave them black. My end result to go into court is horrible. They look like they already need to be filled. Been going here for 4 years now its t to find a new place. Rush too much now.

I used to love going here to get my nails done until me and my mother in law went here tonight and they messed up both our nails. They weren’t even that busy and they rushed us. We won’t ever be coming back because it was a waste of time and money. Save your money and go elsewhere

My lady was very rude. Got mad because I didn’t want shellac. My nails are crooked and when I asked for a cut down she literally just cut them down and didn’t file them smooth. So I have points on the corner of my nails. Also I had my real nails grown out and she completely took them back to short and I still wanted them long. And when she accidentally cut my pointer finger super short she tried to convince me to just let her cut them all down to the base and “do a full set for 20” when in reality I literally just came in for a fill which was 12. But it ended costing me 17 w shellac that I didn’t want. I still gave her the 3 dollar tip just out of curtisy, but never will go there again. I also am more then sure she cussed at me but I couldn’t understand the language. But all the other workers looked at her and one lady went off on her. And then when the lady went off at her looked at my hand, she told her to give me 5 off. But she didn’t. I was extremelyyyy disappointed in my visit. And I was even recommend going there by one of my friends that is a regular. But now she isn’t going back with how I was treated there. It was truly awful and I kept having to ask her to fix things for me. She also messed up my cuticles so bad the felt like they were going to start bleeding and came close to it. Which honestly I feel she was doing that bc she didn’t want to do my nails after I didn’t want to do the shellac she wanted. Def wouldn’t recommend it. After coming from my shop in Little Rock with the absolute best care and hospitality I felt like crying w how bad it was. Never again

I forgot to review when I went to the salon back in December. I am giving it 3 stars because my last visit wasn't as nice as I had expected. When I walked in I was helped right away but the lady doing my nails was helping someone else at the same time and talking so much to her co workers her focus wasn't on my nails. I always get shellac when I get my nails done and they just do a poor job. They always leave some of the polish around my cuticles. This makes the shellac on my actual nail compromised and then it lifts up after a couple daus. Also, Sometimes they don't put enough around the edge of my nails and it annoys me to even look at my fingers because it needs to be filled in. Something positive about this place is if you don't need another full manicure (shaping, filing, exfoliating) but want to get a shellac mani it's $10.00. I have been to this nail salon roughly 6 times total. Every time I go in there it's quite hot and I just don't feel valued. It almost like they just want to get you in and out as quick as possible and will skip steps and their attention to detail will slack. I understand that this isn't a 5 star top of the line nail salon but customers should always feel appreciated and I just don't here.

Called Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday at 10. Called Thursday again to confirm. Show up Friday at 10 and I didnt Get helped till 1115. They helped 9 walk ins that came in after me. This place used to be amazing and now they don’t care.
