receptionist hovers over salon workers while they do your nails. feel pressured when picking colors. asked what I wanted to leave for a tip. careless gel application. if it were cheaper, I'd deal with the shortcomings but I can go to friendlier, more professional places for cheaper. did not feel comfortable due to receptionist, and I repeatedly had to tell nail technician that gel light was off. It was like I was working just as much as her. gel did not set right, starting peeling that same day.

So great and I didn't know I needed an appointment but they took me any way will take you in even if no appointment highly recommend

This place is amazing. The staff are super nice and they know what they’re doing! If you’re in New Haven looking for a place to get an excellent manicure or pedicure, this is it. I’m an international student who needed a consistently good place to get my nails done, and I’ve never been disappointed.
