Buyer beware ... Their customer service sucks! Some of the nail technicians need more training. Especially Kim and the one young lady who only does pedicures. Be prepared to wait. The woman I believe is the owner who sits to the right as you walk in is very rough when she does nails and does a rush job on pedicures. I don't know who she is racing with, but the end results are purely "meh". Anne 2 does great nails, but acts like she doesn't want to do your nails if you don't have an appointment with her. I'm very concerned about the cleanliness of their tools. I saw the same tools that was used on this lady who clearly had fungus infection on all her toes used on another client feet during a pedicure. Absolutely no sanitation was done in between clients!!! My last visit will be my last. I need a more upscale place that does A+ work and care about their clients health and comfort.

The lady took an entire hour to do my feet and didnt do a good job. The others didnt even help and they rushed my nails. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!

This nail place is the worse! Paid $65 for the worse worse!!! The shape of my nails was way off than what I asked for. They don’t look smooth at all.

My first visit was excellent. She took her time, and was very courtesy. My next visit I had to wait over 45 minutes. She was bit unfocused, and was constantly stopping. To top it all, she put the wrong color on my nails. She also refused to acknowledge she did not get the color I requested. Very disappointed!!!!! I paid her though. If you're a nailie like me, cost is not a factor. Customer service however, is !!!!!!!!!
