Despite having an appointment, it took over two and a half hours to get a manicure and a pedicure (which can be done in ~50 minutes if efficient). However a gel pedicure will last over a month. They do a good job, but do not go in expecting to have it be a quick process.

My pedicure didn't take off as many calluses as last time. I'm sad about that because that's the most important thing for me, not being able to use my hands

Very bad service!!! My nail came off the nail bed less than 24 hours after having them done. Phil walked away & left me sitting for 15 minutes while he went to the back to do whatever & forgot where he was. I was in Hawaii & the already lifted nail came completely off! As soon as I got back to NY, I had my nails done the next day & was charged an extra $3 to fix his mess up. Phil then calls me & tells me to find a new nail person because I questioned him about the charge for his mess up. Disgraceful!!!

Excellent staff take their time make you feel welcome and pampered very clean and highly recommend..my mother and I booked appointments ahead every month and always enjoy our visit
