It’s busy all the time but they are super caring people. They always ask if you want water, offer candy or just a warm smile. I always call before heading on over to ask how busy they are. ❤️

This was the worst place everrr WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. The lady, w glasses that sits at THE STALL WITHOUT THE CERTIFICATE did not know what she was doing! She literally took 1 1/2 hours just do the acrylic and it was all over my fingers and outside my nail bed. She squeezed my hands crazy! I washed my hands and sat back down, she was going to start the base gel coat WITHOUT drying my hands after I told her she should dry them. The base coat was bumpy and super f'd up. I told her to stop and that I could not pay her for this crappy job.

i lost my nail lady..so was looking online for a good nail person whos great at coffin shape i call to make an appt to ask for the person that i was recommended and the girl who answered had a horrible attitude and said to me in a rude way sorry it doesnt work like that here twell me and i will ask her...well wont be going there

I always have a great experience with Kathy and Ha. Im very picky when it comes to how they make the shape of my nail. Kathy always does it the way I like it . Whether it's round or square it always turns out nice.

I've been coming here for about 6 months. The ladies are great (some better than others) I personally go with Sophie for my acrylic nails. Always get compliments and she does a great job. They take their time to get your nails done and all of them are really polite and welcoming. They do speak in their native language between themselves but you can tell they're just talking about whatever-- no need to go off on insecurities, aint nobody got time to talk about you--
My only complaint is that no matter what, even if you have an appointment they will say "you wait 15 minutes" every time you walk in and those "15 minutes" can be 15 min or 1 hour. So come in with time to spare!
