Cindy, her Husband and staff do fantastic work at reasonable prices. Highly recommend them to Everyone!! Very clean and hygienic.

Got my first ever manicure here today. In a nutshell, the experience was not very satisfactory in terms of quality of service, personal hygiene and attention to work done. It is an all Asian staff with very little to no English communication skills.
They seemed extremely rushed even though the place was empty except for my aunt who was also there with me. It was not close to their closing time either so never really understood the hurry. We were literally a minute late and she asks if we called and when we said yes, she said "oh you late but ok OK" (as if we kept her waiting for a long time and she had to move appointments around, which was not the case) . That was strike one. Second was when the lady sat me down and immediately started working on my nails. No questions on what I wanted or expected. I still told her I needed a flat straight cut to which she said "that later that later" . To me it felt like mechanical work where she was just doing what she had to do, which is somehow get her job done by cutting the nails. There were no gloves used. The process itself took about 10 mins max and was no where near perfection, let alone even a well shaped nail job. Some nails were OK but the others were shaped odd. Did not feel a sense of care and gentleness during cutting and it was done way too fast for it to get in any better shape. The filing and cuticle remover (whatever that's called) did not come sterilized and the filer had nail dust from previous use.
The main door to the place was also kept open all the time for all the people walking outside to see what was happening inside. All in all, definitely not the first time experience I was looking forward to.
In the end, she did ask a customary " all OK?" when I was waiting for it to get over so I could wash my hands with soap to feel clean. I'm sure people have had good experience here also, but I am sure never to return to this place which gave me an OK cut that I could have done myself at home.

Love this nail salon for their amazing works and great customer services. They never rush on customer like i have experienced at other nail salon before. The place is bright, clean and well organized with some high quality chairs and modern equipment. I had Manicure gel for $25 today and i really loved the color on my nails. My technician was very helpful, she helped me pick the color and did a very wonderful job. So beautiful! I suggest making an appointment is needed because this place might get crowded at anytime. Thumbs up!!!

Love stopping in bere with my gf to get her bi-weekly mani, I usually just sit and watch and listen to them chat, owner/manager has always done her nails and waxing and comes out excellent everytime, we go every 2 weeks now for the past 2 to 3 months. Great prices and don't mind paying extra for my lady to have good looking nails, and owner/manager is very pretty and a flirt lol
