I’ve been coming here for several years now, and apart from having my hair burnt once, I had no real complaints. As a previous reviewer noted, there is always a blanket of smoke inside. Also, they seem to be really concerned with conserving energy, because you literally have to ask them to turn on the air conditioning. I’m talking heat index @ 100, and the front door is wide open!!! Customer service includes seeing to my comfort as well as styling my hair. Please get it together!!!

I was in and out the only thing i didnt like was the girl washed my hair like 3 time but on one side she keep scrubbing like damn can get the left side too and i washed it before i went so i know it wasnt that bad

I love my hair so being burned by the dryer when your on your phone and no apology necessary from you really don't need the third chair seat ever again....overall my usual hair dresser had a client already or I would have been able to make it through without pain....

I've been visiting Monica here for over 10 years. She's wonderful and professional. I wear my hair naturally curly but have it straightened and trimmed twice a year. My hair is never over pressed and I have not experienced damage or breakage from the heat. I will continue to visit Monica regardless of my current Philly location.
