Made an appointment and waited with our feet in cold water for nearly an hour to be seen. When my companion was going to have to wait an even longer period to be seen, I asked my nail technician to give me a moment to see if anywhere else had availability for both of us (as we had requested in our original appointment). My nail technician simply moved on to another patron and the manager on duty completely avoided taking any accountability for the situation. We were really looking forward to getting our nails done here. What a bummer. I would never go back here nor would I recommend anyone go here.

Amy is very professional.. She makes me feel welcomed.. She hooked me up, I will definitely be coming back.

I have been going to Ann’s Nails for years! The service is great and they always go above and beyond for their customers.
