The workers are beyond RUDE. The lady was more inti the conversation on her phone then doing nails. Then she was rushing, very POOR job. The man came from out back and said "why are they still here" when I was drying my nails. He walked over sprayed the drying spray on my hand and turned the dryer off like they was kicking us out. MY NAILS WEREN'T EVEN DRY. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

RUDE!!!! Technician doesn't speak to you. And once you have a chance to check your nails they look as if they could already use a fill in. If she wants you to place your arms/hands in a certain way she just smacks at you or nods. I've had my nails done at other places without being smacked to move and have always felt included in the discussion, here I was made to feel like a child being reprimanded. I was hoping to find a nail salon closer to my area but instead found a very uncomfortable situation. I will not be returning, I'd rather go out of my way for my fills than to be virtually "abused" by the staff here. The only words spoken to me were, ' choose a color', at the onset and ''pretty' as she was finished. If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. Don't waste your time or money by going here, I know I won't make that mistake again!

Horrible...Had my eyebrows done there for along time.This weekend I went in and because she always does them i didnt even look when she was done...well needless to say I am literally missing the middle chunk from my eyebrow....and she didn't even say anything....i can't believe she didn't say anything ...i will never go back

Horrible! The man who did my nails smacked my arm and yelled at me. They will never be getting my buisness again! Very painful experience!
