This place is horrible . I’ve been going here for two years because it was the most convenient place but now I have STOPPED. The owner of the place is so rude to her customers and I was never acknowledged as a person there . Each time I’d come with a friend we’d both get asked (“what are you doing today”) constantly and she wouldn’t leave you alone until you bought something. She tries to up the price . One time I did gel nails and she charged me for A completely different price. Not wanting to fight I paid for it . I also went in to take my acrylic nails off and after waiting for I kid you not 40 minutes , she then proceeded to sit me down and take an unused acrylic nail and pull off my acrylic nails from my nail beds which were painful !!!! My nail beds weren’t torn apart for weeks. When I then tipped her $3 on my card because I didn’t have cash the co owner who is a tall slender male with glasses rudely told me next time to leave a tip in cash only. He didn’t even say please or thank you. That place is a disgrace.

This is my go to nail salon. I've been going here for 4 years now. Lily and Kelly do the best acrylics & gel manicures! This salon is multilingual (Vietnamese, Chinese and Spanish). The owner can be a little pushy but she means well!

I have be going to this nail salon for about 5 years. The last time I went was on a Sunday and was very slow and now I know why. The manicure and pedicure went up $5 . The service had decreaced. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure was horrible. My nails we not filed straight and my toe nail were not done properly. I do not think I will be back here again.

Old Bait and Switch! Dishonest Manager
With my work schedule and I am unable to make consistent nail appts. But when I do, there's a lady that I like there. Today I called to make an appt and spoke to the manager. I specifically asked her for Leybe. When I arrived, there was only one other lady along with the manager taking care of clients. I was not acknowledged when I walked in so clearly that was a sign that something was wrong. I sat and waited thinking maybe Leybe was on a break. Then I got up to ask the manager where Leybe was and she had the audacity to act like she misunderstood me. I reminded her that I had just called 2 hours earlier and specifically asked for the nail technician and if she wan't in, I would have made an appt when she was available. She didn't even apologize and kept telling me to see someone else. That's not the point - she was dishonest! It was a dead Monday afternoon and she thought she could convince people to make appts and then have them see her and the one other lady that was working there.
I have never been so furious at the incredibly rude and dishonest customer service! It's a shame as there are some very nice ladies that work there and will lose clients with that type of management.

The spa is very clean and the girl is very professional and nice 👍🏻
