Dirty and unfriendly the woman who did my nails didn't even say hello back when I sat down. She was mad I didn't get a gel manicure when we couldn't match the color I wanted and ticked her tongue at me when I tried to pick up my phone. She kind of hit me in the shoulder to stop me. All and all she was just rude. The lady who had my mother was rude as well and the tools they used on her were pulled out of the drawer and then shoved back in without being cleaned. My mother's color was light and should have had another coat but they were so eager to push people through it almost looks like there was nothing on her nails. They shoved us into the back corner to dry and I could barely get out and had to shimmy around and fall out of the chair to get out of the corner. They had signs to vote for them for best of bucks. I would def vote them the worst in service and the worst in customer service.

Beyond horrible....gel pedicure took 1 and 10 mins r u serious.....i told the lady i would do gel so i can be in and out and still took Forever ....the machine they used to take off the gel...she burned the tip of my toe...then dipped in water and it burned to bad..i said ouch and she didnt say anything...then she ripped out a hang nail which caused to bleed and said does that feel better ...R U Crazy...noooo u have tools to cut down not rip out ! The manager needs to have go around and check her employees work and see if the client is enjoying their experience...will never go Again !!

I got a full set for the first time here while on my break. The lady cut my cuticles so bad my fingers were in pain for days afterwards and my skin/cuticles were in shreds. I literally have never had this problem before. One of the nails chipped 3 days later and another one broke after 5 days. I work with my hands and have never ever had a broken nail before. I wouldn’t even go back to get my nails taken off. NEVER AGAIN!

I got my nails done yesterday and I’m writing today because the cut SHE gave me started bleeding today again !!! Oh and it wasn’t 4 cute she gave me it was 5 !!!My middle finger is so crooked like I’m embarssed to put it out there😓 i can’t be going back there someone else is going to have to give me these pedis. When she was doing my pedicure it felt like she wanted to rip my whole nail out !!! Never again I’m so disappointed ..

First time there a couple days ago. I received gel nail polish.... every time I took my hands out of the dryer the polish looked wrinkled!!! This never happened before. Manicurist said it would go away after final coat... looked better after final coat so. Didn’t say anything else... past 2 days the gel polish has been pealing off!! I’m 100% confident that the gel polish was not dried correctly!!! I spent $30 for nothing!! Never going back again! Going back to old salon where gel polish lasts 3 weeks!!!
