Have been a loyal customer for over 6 years now. Came in every 3 weeks for a $100 service roughly each time. For the most part was happy with the services and overlooked the negatives. Purchased my mom a $100 gift certificate with my debit card however threw it away since I figured Nina (the owner) was the one that took payment and I can always show her my debit card statement of that purchase if she forgets. Next time Mom went to the salon she tried telling the owner about the gift card yet said the salon is giving her a hard time. I called and spoke with Nina and to my big disappointment her answer was: “we just can’t make exceptions with lost gift cards for everyone, that’s not good for the business”. I’m sorry but I have spent almost 8K by going to your salon all these years and so has my mom! That’s another 8K and you choose not to make an exception over a $100 ??? I even offered for her to go through every one of mine and moms appts recently to see that the payment for each one of those appts was not made with a gift certificate, therefore the gift certificate was not yet used. She refused and stuck to her answer.
The owner chose $100 over relationship with a customer as well as my loyal business for many years. There is plenty of salons that respect their customers not spit in their face over a $100. Never stepping my foot in there again.

I've been going to Sonny for 11 years and he recently changed salons to Elite. I'll follow him wherever he goes, he's the ABSOLUTE BEST at everything! This salon is very nice, clean, recently remodeled, and the people are lovely.

This place is always slammed and sometimes you can a great technician. But trying to make an appt with a specific person is highly unlikely. The owner is extremely rude and seems to take her success for granted. Technicians come and go very quickly from here, which is surprising since they are almost always slammed. I started coming here 4 years ago ( it is very close to my house) but changed to a different salon because I could not make an appt with a specific technician and the owners rudeness.

Busy on Sunday, but they do a terrific job. Great service and friendly, helpful staff.

Usually my daughter has a great expierence here, but yesterday was different. First of all, they cut her finger twice causing it to bleed. When I checked her nails before paying I could still see her nail through the bright coral polish. I told the nail tech and she impatiently replied she could choose another color, after asking my daughter if she messed them up under the dryer. I would recommend sticking with a nail tech you know and trust and making sure to look carefully at the paint job before leaving.
