I am sitting here as we speak. When I came in they had 3 people ahead of me. Then another customer came in after me. Instead of me being the next in line, they skipped me and took the customer after me. I heard the customer say, “ she was here before me.” The nail tech pretty much ignored her and continued to do her pedicure. I will NEVER come here again. Only came because it was close to Walmart which I was going afterwards.😡

The first experience here was netherless in the beginning ok. UNTIL the taller Chinese man came into work not sure his name he’s a older man. He replaced two of my nails and did a refill he messed up both of my nails and did not try and fix them I spent well over $60 on my mani & pedi. The service here was horrible. My second time I came I waited an hour before my feet were even touched once they did the man I’m speaking of again began to take off polish and left after I was explaining to him about the last job to go work on another person who came in after me. He completely ignored me and continued with the other woman’s feet. I left !!!!! NEVER GET YOUR FEET DONE HERE!!! If I could help someone this is the review to help. Convince isn’t always good service.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Worse service I have ever received. The first time I went my gel nails turned a different color & spotchy within a day. The second time, I called & they said there was no wait. Got there 2 minutes later & had to wait an hour. Then they tried to overcharge me & very extremely rude to me, so I walked out. Cried all the way home at 39 weeks pregnant. The service is horrible & the prices are outrageous.

The tools used did not look like they were being cleaned, technician used same gloves on someone else and then me... and the pedicure was terrible. Quick, polish is missing in some areas and on skin in others. Manicure was beyond terrible too. Very disappointed. Not to mention I called ahead and asked if they had openings and they said yes. They meant open chairs. Left us in cold water for 45 minutes. Will never go back.

Horrible cannot shape to save their life. What’s worse the nails curve downward. Inconsistent shaping. I even had a nail that was crooked. Also they do not put the nail all the way to cuticle I think they do this on purpose 🧐 I would not recommend this nail shop at all.
