Just had the worst hair cut I've had in many years. I asked for an inch trim all over. She cut about 1/4 inch off the back and sides and asked how that looked. I answered she hadn't cut it short enough and hadn't touched the top. She cut it dry, didn't even comb it afterwards, but charged me $29.00. I still need a haircut. Wont be back.

Got my hair bleached and was told i could come back a week or two later to have color put on it, wouldn’t need more bleach. waited the two weeks, stopped in and made an appt. for the next morning, had a price consultation...
get there the next morning, sit down and i’m told that i would need more bleach and she could do anything to my hair.
why that couldn’t be said at the FIRST appt i don’t know. why that couldn’t be said when i came in to make the NEXT appt, i don’t know either. “hair stylist” jordan claims she didn’t know until she saw my hair. how she didn’t see it when i came in to make the appt, i don’t know either.
so now i drove 30 minutes to get my hair done at the original salon, for no reason. incompetence is all that’s there.

My walk-in visit was money well spent. A.E. understood my requests from ingredients in products and a simple cut for a curly girl. She was a pleasure to do business with. I look forward to a return visit.

Went in with fading red hair wanting to be blonde and came out with awesome results. Bria ended up doing my hair and I was so happy! I havent seen my hair that pretty in a long time! Highly recommend her! Won't go to anyone else for as long as I live in WS.

Bria has been doing my hair for years! I truly miss her since I moved away. When I began going to Bria my hair was short about the ear. My hair is now back long and healthy over my shoulders. She does excellent color and healthy styles. She recently treated my mothers damaged hair and it looks amazing. I highly recommend her. She is great with all races and types of hair.
