Color Lounge is phenomenal. The owner Ginny is friendly and accommodating. She is always eager to ensure that you are completely happy with your service. The salon is elegantly decorated and the covid precautions are top notch (masks, dividers, questionnaires and temperature checks). Color Lounge offers so many service. Any type of nail service (natural, gel and several other options). Waxing, pedicure and skin care services as well. This salon offers a relaxing, inviting and pleasant atmosphere that will leave you feeling your best.

2 weeks ago, I went to this nail salon and got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure turned out fine but the manicure did not. First of all the manicure was not of great quality and one could clearly see the parts where only one coat was used. ALSO, during my manicure the nail lady accidentally jabbed my finger and it started bleeding. Both her and I were surprised but she did not use any disinfectant and only tried to stop the bleeding with a used paper towel. At home, I used many disinfectants but my finger kept bleeding and there was a lump near my finger. 2 weeks later it is still hurting and bleeding. The service was not of the quality and safety I expected when first booking this appointment. I unfortunately will not be returning to this salon again.

I called and requested an appointment for full acrylic set and gel pedicure. I was told once I got in the chair and my nails were started that I couldn’t get a gel pedicure due to my size. The lady said the chairs had a 200 lb weight limit. She said it low enough so no one could hear but my feelings were still hurt. I believe you should have seating to accommodate people of all sizes. I really wanted that pedicure after a long day of work and instead of leaving relaxed and relieved I’m leaving ready to cry. I’m really offended and my nails are horrible. They are clumpy and not even what I asked for. I assume the ladies saw that I was no longer happy like I was when I came in and offered me a 10$ gift card but I won’t be coming back. I’m not happy at all. I’m highly offended.

Ginny and her staff are always extremely professional. The quality of the manicures and pedicures are top notch. My nails always last and don’t break or wear down when I get them done at Color Lounge Nails. Even though Color Lounge Nails is a new business in a new location, Ginny and her staff have been in the nail business for years, and I have been a client for over 10 years! I highly recommend!

Color Lounge is a fabulous salon! It’s just beautiful. Everyone is professional and treats the clients so well! It is so clean and offers up to date styles and products. Ginny, the owner is the best! I highly recommend Color Lounge Nails!
