Took my mother there today for pedicures. There was no wait (around 1pm on a Monday) and we got started right away. They asked if we wanted to upgrade to a spa pedi for $10 more; since we have a paraffin wax at home, it seemed like a waste, so we passed. My mum's tech breezed right through hers, and literally had her polished and trying to get her out of the chair before mine was even finished scrubbing. The "massages" could hardly be called that... it was more like just rubbing their hands up and down our legs and feet (no pressure or anything). Neither of us had a proper filing; when we got home, we could see and feel the jagged edges all across the nail tip and the corners weren't rounded at all (I'm all for a square look, but I don't want them snagging on socks and stuff). Throughout the whole thing, they kept asking if we wanted additional services (nails, wax, etc).The paint was done nicely but that was really the only good part. When we went to check out, they had overcharged us, and I can only conclude that they charged us for the spa pedi... I was so irritated, I didn't even want to question it. Don't waste your money at this place.
