Drove down here sat for 20 mins and then they tell me they have an apt coming in and it will be another 40 mins. No thank you. They had 4 ppl doing nails and 2 doing pedicures I mean come on. What ever went some where else

Im sorry but the Customer Service Sucks at this place my last few experience here was awful!!! Those guys need to get it together. There's a nail salon in very shopping center im sure Lady's we wont have any problems.

I hate to leave a bad review because I have had good manicures from Nails Co, however, the most recent one was so awful (and destroyed my nails) I felt compelled to. I took my little girls with me to get their nails painted, and I was getting a full set. Regardless of the price list, I have NEVER paid less than $40 for a set. This particular time I had Becky, and as we sat down to get started the salon got really busy- a lot of people were coming in to get manis. This sudden influx prompted Becky to really rush; I saw the change happen. She was calm at first, and then when she saw the people coming in she began drilling with a sense of urgency while looking up at the line of people more than she was looking at my nails. I felt like I was just in her way and she needed to get me done to move on to the next. The work showed the rush as well; my finished nails were lumpy and not smooth, there was a ton of half filed acrylic under my nails and the white tips (I got a French) we’re REALLY high up on my nail bed. She “finished” in about 20 minutes (usually takes an hour). Additionally, my nails were tilted upwards, which hurt so bad. Afterwards, I literally sat in my car and cried. I was so disappointed- I’m a stay at home mom and my nails were the ONE thing I would do for myself. I’m now left with destroyed nails from the rushed, inattentive drilling, and I absolutely won’t be back. I understand the desire for the salon to get more clients in and finished, but women are looking for a TREAT; something relaxing and nice nails. I didn’t get either.

They will jump thru hoops to take care of all walk-in folks without appointments. Their talent is perfection.
