First the ladies are lovely and the place is clean.
I would give this place a good rating if they would only take their time on each costumer they are always rushing (for the money) specially o. Holidays they will take you out of your sit or rush on you to take another person. I feel always rushing on you even choosing your nail design which I mention they only like to do flat color w/o no designs they hesitate to do designs on your nails . They quite don’t know how to file (I was even told by another nail technician) I had to go spend more money somewhere else after I spend almost $80 on a rush holiday basically my nail polish start it to bubble the lady that always did my nails did not take her time on this day. I understand they are busy on holidays but each individual no matter if is holidays season or nine holidays season we costumers should be well taken care and give you at least an hour to make it right and make sure the nails are in EXCELLENT before coming out of your shop. A few times I leave not so pleasant. After given them one last chance because the ladies are lovely sadly I need to find anothe nail salon and an artist.

This place is literally horrible went in to fix my left hand middle,ring and pinky fixed cus they were broken and wanted to change the color! I wanted the coffin shape! They didn’t get the shape right nor length to match my right hand!. Plus they have ripples in them I’m Disappointed...

Very friendly customer service, clean & sterile location. Would recommend highly the manager list she is really nice and very cautious of what she is doing. Pricing is a little high but I guess for this area it might be average priced, but never checked because I like the atmosphere of Tulipo you don't even get hit with that strong nail place smell like other places I have been to or even when you walk in front of the nail place inside walmart you don't get that here. All the girl's know there skill and do good jobs.

horrible experience and they talk bad about their customers I will never come here again! My mom was coming here for years then she stop due to the bad customer service experience and the poor service. I came to get my toes done more than a handful of times and one of the ladies did a horrible job! So much so most of my big toe nail is gone. They talked bad about me and laughed! I will NEVER come again.

Disappointed with my last experience. I went in asking for a pedicure and without asking me they gave me a deluxe pedi charging me $10 more dollars. And I cut off the massage because I was running out of time and needed to leave.
