I have always had an amazing experience at this nail salon! I can absolutely say I will never go anywhere else. When you walk in you’re greeted with a smiling face and a positive attitude. Morgan has always been so helpful with checking in and out; even helping pick colors. I get my nails done by Nina who is an amazing nail tech with very detailed skill. I also get my lashes done by Debbie who does an absolutely amazing job every time. She takes precaution to make sure my eyes are not glued together/ or burning and stinging. Overall the salon is very sanitary and they all work very efficiently to make sure your wait time is low.

I seen Nina today For dip powder nails and a pedicure. Nina did amazing and listened to me. I hate the drill and expressed it makes me nervous. Nina didn’t hurt me at all and my nails and toes look amazing!! Will definitely be back to see her!

Staff is friendly and quickly. We were there on good Friday and had never seen them so busy. They did a great job managing the balance of appointments and walk-ins and still did a great job on services without making us feel rushed.
We got the deluxe pedicure and felt the amount of services offered in that package was very fair for the price. They have an extensive color selection, both in traditional polish and gel. We ended up doing traditional polish this visit. We are quite pleased with the work done.

I came in as a walk in and “Nina” took me as her client. I was getting a full set w gel. I have a condition called hyperhidrosis, where my hands sweat continuously without my control. Yes it is super embarrassing. I love getting my nails done and most of the time after I explain it, people aren’t rude about it. Well anyways she kept saying how sweaty my hands were and asking why. I told her I couldn’t control it and I am sorry she could wear gloves if needed. She just turned fans on for me to dry my hands as much as possible which I’m also okay with. But bringing this up numerous time is humiliating.. even after telling her I couldn’t control it she still kept saying it. I was so embarrassed in front of the other customers because I have an embarrassing condition I cannot control. I finally just told the nail tech that it’s a condition I cannot control and please stop being rude to me and after that she just got quiet and continued doing my nails. She did my nails in a rush and overcharged me. I’ve had my nails done for years and never paid $60 for a French tip set w gel. Never. I didn’t complain and I still tipped. It’s not even about the price though. I don’t mind paying but the experience was truly horrible. I’m sure most women would agree getting ur nails done is to have pretty nails but also to have some “me time” and enjoy yourself. My intention was never to be rude or to complain, I just am leaving this review so maybe the next person who goes there with this condition or just anything of the sort, doesn’t have to be so humiliated and embarrassed like I did.. truly was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had.
UPDATE** -
I did call, and speak with someone. I explained to them the situation and they did apologize. I explained to the woman I spoke with that I did not need my nails fixed and have went elsewhere to get them fixed. I told her I just wanted them to be notified of the situation because this is most definitely not okay.

I went in thinking I was going to get a full set of acrylic nails, but Debbie saved my nails and just tipped the broken ones. An amazing nail artist... I do appreciate the time and the effort.
My nails are gorgeous, and my husband loves them. Thank you so much.
I will be returning, already have an appointment made.
