Stopped in for a blowout after arriving from a flight. They were able to get me seated right away, provided great service at a great price! My hair looked fabulous for two days!

This Salon does not care about their customers. Asked for a Chestnut Balayage , got a Blonde Ombre instead. Stylist did not listen nor cared. Made me pay additional just for them to dye my hair back to brown. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING TO THIS SALON.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon. She cut my hair how she thought looked good but I'm left with short stringy and embarrassing hair. After explaining why I wasn't happy she had to cut off more hair and said she wouldn't use the thinning scissors but then continued to do so. I left the salon crying and neither stylist cared.

I asked for a trim, and when she got to the top of my head she started lobbing off inch and a half chunks of hair, and didn't understand why I freaked out...she thought I wanted it even shorter. My hair doesn't set properly for the styling I had before now, because it requires longer hair on the top. I have no idea what gave her the idea this was ok to do without asking.
