This used to be my go to place for nails however just left with a charger of $92 for two gel pedicures. Each classic pedicure is $26 and gel is an extra $20. I feel like it's a rip off to charge more for the nail polish than the actual service. You just lost a customer .I know several nail places that charge extra for gel but NOT $20 EXTRA. Not worth it. This is purely for price, I have always had great service.

Went today for a pedicure and had an awful experience. The male technician I had was very rude and asked me multiple times to get other services. When I refused he treated me poorly and did not even rub my feet! To top it all off when I paid he shorted me $8 and took it as a tip. I will NEVER go back to this place.

I always get great service here I have yet to make an appointment, they always take me right away. And they do have friendly staff. I've been going here for several years and have yet to have a bad experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped in for a polish change, and one acrylic nail repair as my normal guy couldn’t fit me in...simple. No fill, just one small crack to fix. My nails look HORRIBLE. The edges literally look like a child painted them. Thick, sloppy edges, paint dried all over my cuticles and beyond. The technician actual tried to file my ACTUAL SKIN to remove her poor edge job, and when I repeatedly told her she was cutting me she tried to use cuticle trimmers to CUT IT OFF. I have two bleeding fingers and atrocious looking nails that I was charged $45 for. During the service she kept telling me, “I love my job, I don’t rush, I do perfect.” and had the nerve to ask me to review her online in a 5 star. The top coat is separating from my polish, my nails look terrible, and they refused to give me a refund. Here’s your review Christy. You earned it!

The lady who did my nails was so rude and seemed so upset when I asked her to make minor adjustments. She also cut me when filing my nails and then said it was my fault because my nails were too short (she had tried to upsell me acrylics earlier). I was here once before and had a bad experience but I gave it a second chance but I had a worse experience being treated like I was so picky and hard to please when all I asked for was white polish underneath sparkles so it would show up better and then being cut with the file which seemed like it was on purpose out of spite. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone and will definitely never be returning.
