Lee and Jill always do a great job! I've seen other people review and say that their nails look great but the customer service was awful, but I've only received awesome customer service from the nail techs and front of house! Just communicate what you need and they'll make it happen. If you aren't vocal about what you want from your visit and don't like your result, that's the client's mistake not their nail techs. Keep up the amazing work Diamond Nails!!

i want to love this place, their work is good if you don't mind that it'll take you 2+ hours for a basic mani/pedi. they are always so crowded. been waiting almost an hour today for a simple pedicure. would leave but waited this long surely it'll be soon.

By far the rudest place I’ve ever been. I didn’t have time to make an appointment at my normal nail salon so I tried Diamond Nails since it was close. I walked in and a man was ringing up someone at the register. Someone walked in behind me and he said “Sign your name.” Thinking he was speaking to me, I stepped up and he said “No. her. Not you.” So I stepped back assuming he would help me when he was done ringing up the other woman. He finished, looked at me and walked away. Not a word said. I waited 5 minutes and left. I have never treated like I was lesser or not worth a service until here. This is ridiculous. Do not give them your money. If you do not look like you have money, they won’t serve you.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years with usually nails in very bad shape.
Every manicurist I’ve seen does a very good job. The service is professional friendly and knowledgeable.
The massage at the end tops it off for me and I leave feeling beautiful and pampered! Come see them.
I wish I could remember everyone’s name but Lisa is incredible!
