I've been here twice, and I'd recommend Gossip Nails. The place feels clean and nice. They were busy but I had an appointment and was in and out in a timely manner. Front desk staff was very nice and attentive. Tony did my pedicure and "Healthy Nails", and I was very pleased with the service. I was offered wine and water during my visit, which was a nice plus.

The people who run this place are very nice! For my pedicure, I ended up with probably the only guy working. Total score, he scrubbed all the hard spots off my feet and did an awesome job making them silky smooth! I got the step above the basic pedicure package (I have no idea what it's called), and he massaged my legs and feet, it felt amazing. My nails looked great as well. Thanks guys!

This was my first time coming to this salon. My appointment was at 1:15. I received service at around 1:45 ish. The pedicure was great and Kelly was awesome. It was when I was supposed to get my nails done I sat and waited yet again. 4:15 rolls around, still no nail tech to do my healthy nail set. Like are you kidding me... I’ve been here for hours and other customers are literally coming and going. I get no apology, and literally feel forgotten about. The receptionist showed no empathy when I told her I have kids to pick up from school. Extremely disappointed. I wanted to like this place so bad.

They did amazing on my nails. I never got acrylic nails before, and yet I got them too long, that isn't their fault. Everyone there was so nice, and did fantastic!

I have been going to this salon for over a year. I have been using Liz to get a Dip Manicure. Liz is great, she always does my nails the way I like. The last time I made my appointment, it was for later in the evening. I made the appointment a week in advance for 5:30pm. They called me a few days later and asked if I could move the appointment to 5pm. I explained I work a full time job and do not get off until 5pm, they said it was fine and to come at 5:30pm. The day of my appointment rolls around and I get a phone call around 11am. They explained Liz has to leave for an emergency at 5pm, and asked if I could come back the next day. I told them no, I have plans all weekend (the whole reason I wanted me nails done). The receptionist said I could have someone else but would have to wait 10 minutes. I was very frustrated, but agreed. At 3pm I get another call, this time from another receptionist. She says that there will be no availability for me to come, even though I made this appointment a week ahead in advance. This is so disappointing because Liz does great work and now I am going to have to search for another good nail tech at a different salon. What is the point of an appointment if the salon keeps trying to get you to change it? Also, there was no apology for my inconvenience either.
