After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I was especially interested in their deep in powder set and ended up getting that. They have an impressive selection of colors (compared to other nail salons). The staff are super welcoming and friendly. Tracy did my nails and she has decades of experience! I was very pleased. She is very meticulous and precise when it comes to shaping nails. After my manicure, she did an amazing sugar scrub on my hands and arms and applied a moisturizing, lightweight lotion. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the type of unique services provided. You will definitely not be disappointed. As for the environment, there is a very peaceful ambiance; very relaxing and calming. Instead of typical hip hop music, they play soft piano and orchestra like music. The place is very clean and the set up is unique. This salon is innovative and will definitely thrive. Definitely come give a try if you haven't been yet!

My favorite nail salon in Valparaiso! Staff is friendly and helpful. My go to is Tracy and I highly recommend her. I've gotten a gel manicure and pedicure with her multiple times and they dont chip for at least 2 weeks. My manicures here have lasted longer and been the best I've gotten compared to other places. The owners are very kind and I've seen them go above and beyond to satisfy other customers. Even with an appointment I think they can tend to overbook, but it's because they spend so much time on each person, so make sure you have plenty of time when you come. I've been happy with them and plan to return whenever I need my nails refreshed.

Tracy is amazing! I came here for the first time today after being unhappy with various nail places around the area. I get gel nail tips/extensions and she did an amazing job! We talked through the shape and color I wanted and she made me feel really comfortable.
The salon is also spotless and cute. Keep in mind that it's by appointment only so call ahead! I will totally be returning.

I absolutely love Simon and everyone else at Spa Nails. It is a safe and friendly environment to just relax and trust that they are going to make sure you get what you want. Simon definitely knows his stuff I could sit and talk with his for hours. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he made it look better then the original pictures! My nails look amazing just what I wanted whenever I'm here I'll come back

I loved my experience at this place! I went in to get a pedicure for my graduation
Simon was lovely. He did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable with my first pedicure ever. He took his time and showed he cared to do a phenomenal job. We had great conversations. He also made my boyfriend who accompanied me feel at ease. If it weren't for him, I don't think my boyfriend would have tolerated the waiting.
I left there feeling certain I will return. It's a highly recommended place.
