Pedicure hurt because she kept cutting my cuticles and wouldn't stop even when I was wincing. Manicure was worse. I asked for a square, short nail. She just cut them as short as possible and then filed them. She was messy and really not detail-oriented, which caused a lot of cleanup with the artist's brush and remover. I went here a year ago and it was much better. I'm honestly not sure what happened between then and now, but this place has definitely gone downhill. Frustrating at their lack of concern for quality. Also, almost no one speaks English well enough to understand a concern when one is raised. Another woman next to me had bubbling polish because the base coat was too thick and they didn't let it dry between coats. She had to have it redone 3 times and someone had to translate her concern to her nail tech. Place is also dingy and equipment and space including nail dryers, desks, and floors is not clean. Nightmare. I will NOT be back.
Forgot to mention, I didn't even get a massage on the manicure...not even any cream or anything. There were no clean nail brushes to wash my hands with either.

I’m so disappointed. The woman who did my nails was so rough with the nail file she tore the side of my fingernail off. She was so busy looking around at what was going on and shouting across the salon to coworkers that she almost forgot to paint my thumb nail. The finished product is bumpy and streaky. I think my seven year old may be able to stay within the lines better than this. This was supposed to be a treat and instead I left wishing I had done them myself. I will not be back. Ever.

I’ve had some good experiences with this salon over the years, however after this past time I will not be returning. I received a rushed shellac manicure. The owner spent more time speaking to another customer and yelling to coworkers across the salon than she did on my nails. She filed my nails after the painting was complete leaving them chipped and rough. I tried to explain why I was unhappy and that I would like them redone but no one spoke enough English to accommodate me. I left unhappy with the service given. One poor experience is not enough for me to leave a review of a business but I’ve found these things to be common with each visit.

This place is the best salon in the area. I have been to all of the salon in this area and they are far from comparable to ROckStar Nails. The staff are the most enthusiastic people I have ever seen at any nails salon. They have ten pedicure chairs so we never have to wait. I do not mind soaking my feet in water waiting for them when it get busy because it help soften my skin and nails so that would be easier for service. The outcome is not super incredible but it is definitely above expectation.

These people are amazing! They have their craft down perfectly! Sweetest techs, fantastic job! Would recommend to anyone!
